Management Team Mindy Chase, Founder and President Mindy Chase, Owner and Designer for Horse Husbands Inc., and Chase Consulting and Design, studied at Cal Poly San Luis Obispo and received her degree in Agricultural Business, focusing on Marketing and Equine Reproduction. Through college she worked on breeding farms, including Varian Arabians and a large breeding operation in Christchurch, New Zealand (Nevele R Stud), managing both mares and stallions. After graduating, she served as the breeding manager at Midnight Valley Friesians, a Friesian breeding farm in Ft. Collins, Colorado. From 1996 through the present Mindy developed Internet systems for large businesses including Nike, Hewlett Packard, and IBM. She also developed web sites and implemented marketing strategies for medium and small businesses. Some of Mindy's experience includes: Myhealthbank, Inc. – Executive Producer 2000 - 2001 Created site design and user interface (UI) for the product line (three sites) and the corporate/brochure site (myhealthbank.com) Managed projects from conception through implementation ensuring on-time/on-budget deployment Managed internal/external team of designers, programmers, copywriters, and html editors Wrote product specifications and developed business requirements Worked as liaison between development and other departments to determine internal development requirements Represented development team in Venture Capital meetings and interviews Salu, Inc. – Director of Production 1999 - 2000 Managed the product development of an online healthcare services firm (salu.net) Managed projects from conception through implementation ensuring on-time/on-budget deployment Managed internal/external team of designers, programmers, copywriters, and html editors Wrote product specifications that were developed from business requirements Worked as liaison between development and other departments to determine internal development requirements
